제1권. 소아청소년 응급의료-Pediatric and Adolescent Emergency Medical Care-제2부. 신체 각 계통별 응급의료–제16장 : 소아청소년 피부질환 응급의료
- 목욕탕에서 따뜻한 물로 목욕을 하는 중 목욕탕에 있는 세균이 피부에 감염될 수 있다.
- 목욕을 한 2~5일 후 박테리아 감염성 피부염이 생길 수 있다.
- 농포, 가려운 구진, 붉고 누르면 아픈 소결절 등이 피부에 생길 수 있다.
- 이때 이런 병을 온탕 모낭염이라고 한다.
- 때로는 열, 피곤, 림프절 비대 등 전신 증상 징후를 동반하는 패혈증도 생길 수 있다.
- 이 병은 슈도모나스균(녹농균) 감염이나 포도상구균 감염으로 생길 수 있다.
- 젠타마이신이나 폴리믹신 B 등 국소적 항생제 연고 도포 치료를 할 수 있다.
- 때로는 경구용 Ciprofloxacin으로 치료 한다.
