피부층에 있는 에크린 땀선에서 땀이 나서 피부를 촉촉이 적시고 적절히 습도를 적절히 유지시키고

피지선에서 피지가 분비되어 피부가 적절히 윤활하게 되는 것이 정상이다.

너무 씻으면 습기와 피지가 적어진다.

따라서 피부가 더 건성이 되고 기름기가 적게 되어 피부 건강이 나빠진다.

Figure 592. Skin anatomy. Sweat is generated from the eccrine sweat glands in the skin layer, so the skin is moistened and the humidity is properly maintained. It is normal for the sebaceous glands to secrete sebum to properly lubricate the skin. Washing too much reduces moisture and sebum.
