환상 육아종, Granuloma annulare

• 소아청소년들과 젊은 성인들에게 주로 생기고 여성과 남성 발병률은 2:1이다. 
• 원인은 확실히 모르나 감수성으로 생긴다. 
• 둥근 링 모양으로 생기기도 하고 환부의 피부색이 자색이거나 홍색이고 구진 또는 홍반성이다. 
• 중앙 부분은 소요되어 있고 몸통과 사지의 바깥쪽에 주로 난다. 
• 다른 병과 같이 생기지 않는 것이 보통이다.

환상 육아종의 종류

• 국소적 형 환상 육아종, 
• 전반적 형 환상 육아종, 
• 보통 아닌 형 육아종, 
• 피하층 형 환상육아종 4 형으로 나눈다.

환상 육아종의 증상 징후 진단 치료

• 국소적 형의 크기는 0.5~5cm이다. 
• 환상 육아종은 자기 한정성이고 아무런 증상이 없는 것이 보통이고 만성 피부 육아종이다. 
• 주로 소아청소년들과 젊은 성인들에게 나타난다. 
• 피하층 형 환상 육아종은 엉덩이, 하지, 손, 두피에 날 수 있다. 
• 병력, 증상 징후, 검진 소견을 종합해 진단한다. 
• 두부 백선, 아토피성 피부염, 습진, 장미색 비강진, 진균 피부 감염병, 양성 피부종양 또는 악성 피부종양 등과 감별 진단한다. 
• 관찰적 치료를 하든지 코르티코스테로이드제 연고로 치료할 수 있다. 

Granuloma annulare

• It occurs mainly in children and adolescents and young adults, with a 2:1 incidence in women and men.

• The cause is unknown, but it is caused by sensitivity.

• It may occur in a round ring shape and the skin color of the affected area is purple or red, and it is papules or erythema.

• The central part is solitary and mainly flies on the outer side of the trunk and extremities.

• It is not common with other diseases.

Types of annular granulomas(Granuloma annulare)

• focal type annular granuloma;

• generalized annular granuloma;

• Uncommon type granuloma;

• Subcutaneous layer type Annular granuloma is divided into 4 types.

Symptoms, signs,  Symptoms Diagnosis Treatment of Annular Granuloma

• The size of the local form is 0.5-5 cm. • Annular granulomas are self-limiting, usually asymptomatic, chronic cutaneous granulomas.

• It mainly affects children and young adults.

• Subcutaneous annular granulomas can occur on the buttocks, lower extremities, hands, and scalp.

• Diagnosis is made by synthesizing medical history, symptom signs, and examination findings.

• Differentially diagnose ringworm of the head, atopic dermatitis, eczema, pityriasis rosea, fungal skin infections, benign skin tumors or malignant skin tumors.

• It can be treated with observational treatment or with corticosteroid ointment.
